Customized Hydraulic Expander

This hydraulic expander, specifically designed for industrial gear assembly applications, effectively solving common problems such as difficult alignment, labor-intensive installation, and damage caused by impact during gear and shaft bore assembly. Powered by a cordless lithium battery hydraulic pump, it delivers smooth and stable expanding force to accurately align gears and bore positions, enabling damage-free assembly. The entire system features a robust and durable structure, safe and easy operation, and is suitable for various gear batch assembly and maintenance applications.

The cordless handheld hydraulic pump, combined with a directional control valve, allows flexible switching between expansion and retraction functions, providing excellent portability without the limitation of external power supplies.

The double-acting hydraulic cylinder ensures stable operation, strong load capacity, and sufficient stroke. With the adjustable baffle design, it can accommodate gears of different sizes.

Easy to use and highly versatile, it effectively improves gear assembly precision and significantly boosts operational efficiency.

To address the challenge of aligning gears with bore holes during the gear installation process, WREN has designed this hydraulic expander. The device consists of support components, mechanical components, a lithium-ion battery-powered handheld hydraulic pump system, and a double-acting hydraulic cylinder system. By expanding the bore hole, the gear is aligned with the bore, thereby improving work efficiency.

The lithium-ion handheld hydraulic pump system, paired with a directional control valve, allows for quick switching of the oil circuit to perform expansion and retraction functions. The handheld power gun serves as the power source, offering convenient and rapid operation.
