This hydraulic expander, specifically designed for industrial gear assembly applications, precisely addresses common challenges such as misalignment, labor-intensive installation, and the risk of impact damage during the fitting of gears into shaft bores. Powered by a lithium-ion battery, the handheld hydraulic pump delivers a consistent and stable expansion force, ensuring precise alignment between the gear and the bore for damage-free assembly. The unit features a robust and durable construction, is simple and safe to operate, and is suitable for batch assembly and maintenance of various mechanical gears.

Powered by a lithium-ion battery-operated handheld hydraulic pump and equipped with a directional control valve, this tool allows for flexible switching between extension and retraction motions, offering portability without the constraints of an external power source.

The double-acting cylinder operates smoothly, features high load capacity, and provides ample stroke. Its adjustable stop design accommodates gears of various sizes.

To address the challenge of aligning gears with bore holes during the gear installation process, WREN has designed this hydraulic expander. The device consists of support components, mechanical components, a lithium-ion battery-powered handheld hydraulic pump system, and a double-acting hydraulic cylinder system. By expanding the bore hole, the gear is aligned with the bore, thereby improving work efficiency.

The lithium-ion handheld hydraulic pump system, paired with a directional control valve, allows for quick switching of the oil circuit to perform expansion and retraction functions. The handheld power gun serves as the power source, offering convenient and rapid operation.
