To address the challenge of aligning gears with bore holes during the gear installation process, WREN has designed this hydraulic expander. The device consists of support components, mechanical components, a lithium-ion battery-powered handheld hydraulic pump system, and a double-acting hydraulic cylinder system. By expanding the bore hole, the gear is aligned with the bore, thereby improving work efficiency.
The lithium-ion handheld hydraulic pump system, paired with a directional control valve, allows for quick switching of the oil circuit to perform expansion and retraction functions. The handheld power gun serves as the power source, offering convenient and rapid operation.
Double-acting hydraulic cylinder:
Maximum working pressure: 25 MPa
Working load: 27.4 kN (2.7 t)
Maximum load: 39.7 kN (3.9 t)
Working area: 1099 mm²
Maximum area: 1590 mm²
Maximum stroke: 130 mm
Spacer expansion range: 116–296 mm
