The WREN New Air Balancer is a pneumatic auxiliary device that uses compressed air to drive the smooth lifting and precise positioning of heavy workpieces, efficiently converting pneumatic energy into linear mechanical motion. The device is particularly suitable for applications such as the assembly, handling, and precise positioning of heavy workpieces, effectively reducing manual labor intensity while improving operational efficiency and safety.
In traditional manual handling processes, heavy workpieces often present challenges such as positioning difficulties, labor-intensive operations, and insufficient assembly precision. The Rain Air Balancer suspends the workpiece and precisely adjusts air pressure to control the extension and retraction of the piston rod, enabling smooth movement and accurate positioning of the workpiece, making heavy-load operations easier, more efficient, and more controllable.
The equipment has a rated operating pressure of approximately 0.49 MPa, a maximum load capacity of 600 kg, a maximum stroke of 400 mm, and a cylinder pressure resistance of ≥0.8 MPa. When the piston rod is in the vertical downward position, it can still extend and retract smoothly and flexibly without external force, demonstrating excellent balancing performance and operational sensitivity.
The complete unit consists of core components such as a stroke control valve, stroke rod, pressure regulator, pressure gauge, and high-performance cylinder. With a stable structure and reliable operation, it is widely used in fields such as equipment manufacturing, the automotive industry, machining, and heavy-duty assembly.
