On October 22, the three-day 2025 Beijing International Wind Energy Conference and Exhibition (CWP2025) concluded at the China International Exhibition Center. As a global barometer for the wind power industry, this year's event centered on the theme “Advancing Global Energy Transition, Collaborating for Sustainable Development,” gathering nearly 1,000 enterprises from over 20 countries and regions alongside more than 100,000 professional attendees. The opening ceremony unveiled the Wind Energy Beijing Declaration 2.0, which explicitly sets China's target of achieving cumulative wind power installed capacity of no less than 2 billion kilowatts by 2035.

Since its establishment in 1992, Hangzhou WREN Hydraulic Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has specialized in the production and R&D of bolt preload control equipment. The company has participated in this premier global wind power industry event for several consecutive years, showcasing its cutting-edge bolt tightening equipment at the exhibition. Leveraging its expertise in bolting challenges, the company attracted a steady stream of on-site consultations, securing both cooperation opportunities and industry recognition.

The Beijing Wind Energy Declaration 2.0 proposes that annual new wind power installations during the 15th Five-Year Plan period should not fall below 120 gigawatts, with deep-sea development and integrated solutions becoming core priorities. Among numerous bolting equipment options, WREN Hydraulics' R&D-designed “WST Series Subsea Bolt Tensioner” precisely aligns with this trend:

This hydraulic tool features high-strength stainless steel construction with a specialized anti-corrosion coating, specifically engineered for offshore wind turbine bolt maintenance. It offers three core advantages: First, exceptional corrosion resistance enables it to withstand high salt fog and humidity environments, significantly reducing the risk of fastener failure due to material corrosion and extending maintenance intervals. Second, its high material strength accommodates the tensile demands of large-diameter, high-strength bolts in offshore wind turbines, ensuring stable output under ultra-high pressure operations and preventing tool deformation that could compromise fastening precision. Third, its excellent adaptability enables seamless integration with smart hydraulic pumps, allowing precise data collection and traceability of bolt fastening parameters even in harsh marine conditions. This meets stringent offshore wind safety compliance requirements, providing effective assurance for bolt fastening projects in offshore wind farms.

As a specialized manufacturer of ultra-high-pressure hydraulic equipment, WREN Hydraulics has been deeply rooted in the industry for nearly 30 years. From the release of the Beijing Declaration 2.0 on Wind Energy to global supply chain collaboration, CWP2025 has outlined a clear blueprint for wind power development. Leveraging nearly three decades of technological expertise, WREN Hydraulics will use this exhibition as an opportunity to deepen its “Safety + Intelligence” product innovation, providing robust hydraulic technology support for achieving the 2035 target of 2 billion kilowatts of installed capacity.
