On August 29, 2024, WREN internally organized a workshop on hydraulic wrench operation, focusing on in-depth discussions regarding the safe and proper use of hydraulic wrenches.

The meeting emphasized the critical importance of preparatory work: First, inspect the equipment condition to ensure the hydraulic wrench and its associated components—including the pump station, hydraulic hoses, and quick-connect fittings—are intact and free of oil leaks. Select the appropriate wrench head based on the bolt or nut specifications, ensuring it is securely connected to the hydraulic wrench.

Key operational precautions include: accurately setting torque values to prevent bolt damage or loose connections from excessive or insufficient torque; identifying a reliable reaction point; promptly releasing pressure after operation before disassembly; and crucially, emphasizing the necessity of maintenance. Regular servicing of both the wrench and pump station is essential to ensure stable performance and extend service life.

As an efficient and precise bolting tool, hydraulic wrenches must be used strictly in accordance with operating procedures and precautions to ensure work safety and reliable bolt connections.

Therefore, our sales representatives must prepare thoroughly before, during, and after sales. During training, operators should be thoroughly familiarized with the hydraulic wrench's operating procedures and precautions to maximize its performance in actual work.
