To meet the demands of various high-precision, heavy-load, and multi-point synchronized lifting operations, WREN has introduced this intelligent synchronized lifting jack and hydraulic power unit system. Featuring an integrated, modular design that combines intelligent electronic control with high-pressure hydraulic technology, the system offers stable output, precise control, intelligent monitoring, and easy portability, making it fully adaptable to a wide range of heavy-load, high-precision construction scenarios.

Intelligent operation is one of the key highlights of this equipment. The system uses an electrical control cabinet as its central control hub, featuring built-in core electrical components such as a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), a high-definition touchscreen, physical control buttons, and servo motor drives, ensuring a robust and reliable hardware configuration.

The main control cabinet provides a stable, continuous power supply to the external small control cabinet and the drive motor. At the same time, it establishes a comprehensive signal connection with the communication bus via dedicated control signal lines, enabling real-time reception of equipment operating data and feedback on operational status. This facilitates one-button operation, intelligent control, status synchronization, and fault diagnosis.

The hydraulic power unit, serving as the core power source of the equipment, is equipped with six dedicated hydraulic pumps. Each pump has its own 13-liter oil tank, providing ample oil storage to meet the oil supply requirements for long periods of continuous operation. It also features a triple monitoring system comprising an oil temperature sensor, an oil level alarm, and a precision gauge, which dynamically monitors the oil tank level and hydraulic oil temperature in real time. Should the oil level become too low or the oil temperature deviate from normal ranges, the equipment immediately triggers an automatic alarm, alerting operators to perform timely repairs and maintenance. This prevents dry running, dry grinding, and damage caused by high temperatures, thereby extending the equipment’s service life.

To meet the operational requirements for flexible relocation and rapid setup at construction sites, the entire system is equipped with a custom-designed, integrated mobile cart, featuring a scientifically organized and orderly layout. The cart has standardized external dimensions: when the jack is in the retracted position, it measures 1,016 mm in length, 823 mm in width, and 1,287 mm in height, occupying a reasonable amount of space and adapting to placement in various construction sites. The cart features a layered, modular design: a hydraulic pump unit is mounted at the bottom, a compact electrical control cabinet is integrated above, and the middle section is specifically equipped with jack mounting brackets and height-adjustment components to securely hold the corresponding jacks in place. The integrated frame design requires no additional assembly, allowing the equipment to be pushed directly to the work site for rapid transport. This ensures efficient site relocation, precise positioning, and secure stabilization, effectively reducing construction preparation time and improving overall construction efficiency.

The system comes standard with six 50-metric-ton high-precision hydraulic jacks. Each jack’s high-pressure chamber holds 5.7 liters of fluid, has a rated pressure of 70 MPa, and offers a maximum stroke of 600 mm. Each jack is equipped with a high-precision displacement sensor and features pressure loss protection via a balancing valve and hydraulic lock.

This intelligent synchronous hydraulic jacking system is widely applicable to various engineering scenarios requiring multi-point synchronization, high precision, and high-safety jacking—such as bridge jacking and leveling, the relocation and installation of large industrial equipment, the overall lifting of building structures, the replacement of equipment bearings, and the posture correction of heavy-duty components. It is the preferred choice for heavy-duty industrial construction and infrastructure repair and maintenance operations. If you are interested, please feel free to contact us for more information.
